Welcome to Rajasthan Film Chamber of Commerce (RFCC). These Terms & Conditions govern membership, participation, and use of services, facilities, programs, events, digital platforms, and resources offered by RFCC.
By becoming a member, participating in RFCC activities, or using RFCC services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
RFCC is established to promote, support, and develop the film, television, digital media, entertainment, advertising, and allied creative industries in Rajasthan and India.

RFCC reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any membership application.

Membership shall remain valid for the period specified at the time of registration and is subject to renewal.
Membership fees shall be determined by RFCC from time to time.
All fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise approved by RFCC management.
RFCC reserves the right to revise membership fees, event fees, certification charges, and service fees.

RFCC does not guarantee:
All final decisions remain with relevant authorities and third parties.
All RFCC trademarks, logos, publications, content, designs, websites, databases, and materials remain the intellectual property of RFCC.
Members may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit RFCC materials without prior written permission.
Users of RFCC websites, portals, mobile applications, and online services agree not to:
RFCC may suspend access for violations.
RFCC may collect and process personal information for membership administration, communication, event management, certification, and service delivery.
Information may be used for:
RFCC will take reasonable measures to protect member information.
Members and participants attending RFCC events grant permission to RFCC to photograph, record, and use images, videos, and audio recordings for promotional, educational, archival, and publicity purposes.
RFCC maintains a professional and inclusive environment.
Harassment, discrimination, abusive behavior, defamation, threats, or misconduct may result in disciplinary action including suspension or termination of membership.
RFCC reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership if a member:

Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless RFCC, its office bearers, directors, employees, advisors, partners, and representatives against any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from their actions or misuse of RFCC services.
Any dispute arising under these Terms & Conditions shall first be resolved through mutual discussion and mediation.
If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
The courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have jurisdiction over matters arising from these Terms & Conditions.
RFCC reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated versions shall become effective upon publication on official RFCC platforms.
